The Bullying Research website was established and is maintained by Dr. Paul Horton. Paul has a PhD in Child Studies and wrote his doctoral dissertation about the intersections between school bullying and power relations. Paul has conducted ethnographic research into bullying in both the New Zealand and Vietnamese secondary school contexts and has published work about school bullying in Denmark, New Zealand, and Vietnam.
